2020 and 2021 both demanded a lot of each of us, and many of us felt as though we needed a super-power to handle all of the things thrown at us, and to navigate all of upheavals and disruptions to our daily existence. From the Pandemic, to politics, to strained race relations, and economic woes (not to mention relationship friction and the loss of loved ones) neither 2020 or 2021 were quiet years! In fact, for many of us, they yelled loudly, and proved quite disruptive, yet we found the strength to sustain, and in some cases we even thrived.
